The Powerlink System is indicated for patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms having suitable aneurysm morphology for endovascular repair, including adequate iliac/femoral access compatible with the required delivery systems; non-aneurysmal aortic neck between the renal arteries and the aneurysm with length ≥15mm, diameter ≥18 and ≤32 mm, and angulation ≤60°; and common iliac artery distal fixation site with length ≥15mm, diameter ≥10 and ≤23mm, ≤90° to the aortic bifurcation, and with ability to preserve at least one hypogastric artery. Proximal and distal extensions are intended to be used to accommodate the patient's specific anatomical needs or to resolve endoleaks. Contraindications: The Powerlink System is contraindicated in patients who have a condition that threatens to infect the stent graft or who have sensitivities or allergies to the device materials. Refer to the Instructions for Use for complete and specific prescribing information and all warnings, precautions, and adverse events.
